Where is my order?

Your order number will be on your dispatch email, parcels can only be tracked after they've been dispatched.

On the rare occasion deliveries are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, most arrive the following day. Need help? Ask our Customer Service info@theviennacollection.com or through the contact us form.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please refer to the table below for average shipping times based on your location.

What are the shipping costs to my location?

USA / $ 4.75 / $ 2.40 - Shipping up to 2 – 5 business days

Canada / $ 9.39 / $ 4.39 - Shipping up to 10 – 30 business days

Australia / $ 12.49 / $ 4.99 - Shipping up to 10 – 30 business days

Rest of the World / $ 10.00 / $ 4.00 - Shipping up to 10 – 30 business days

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Wrong Address Corrections

We can attempt to correct your order information after placing the order. However, if you request corrections after the product has been printed and dispatched, we will be unable to update it on our end. You will need to contact the shipping company directly, as detailed in the tracking email.

Cancellation of Orders

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible. Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been printed. Please contact Customer Service at info@theviennacollection.com.

Order not delivered

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. We will process your refund within 3 business days.

Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries. Customers have to pay the re-shipping expense on their own cost.

You will receive your replacement order confirmation and new tracking orders within 3 business days.
